We really loved this hotel's service and rooms. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Broad Arrow Tavern with nice drinks. 28 minutes drive to airport.
Nothing, all excellent.

The Harraseeket is a great place to stay when visiting Freeport as the main downtown outlet shopping area (including LLBean) is just two blocks away. They offer both a continental breakfast starting at 6 A.M.and a full breakfast buffet starting at 7 A.M. which was very convenient for early risers. Our room was quite large, very comfortable and the bathroom clean and with nice amenities. My only suggestion is that they desperately need to replace the carpet in the hallways....it is not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel.

The Inn is located in a great spot. Our room was fantastic and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast, included with the room, was not only a big surprise but a delicious and sumptuous morning feast. We can't wait to return.

I was traveling partially business and partially pleasure with my wife. The facilities accomodate both needs. Main Dining Room was closed which was a disappointment since stayed there on recommendation of friend for dining. But location is good - shopping, accessible from Highway, etc. Would stay again.Kevin Daley

Food was fantastic! Both Arrowhead Tavern and the nicer resturant. Also walking location to outlet malls was nice.
Walls were thin so you could overhear noise outside. Luckily there wasn't any rowdy younger crowd, so most people were in bed by 10:00pm, though when the kids started waking up and running the halls around 9:00am got annoying.

The staff was amazing. The rooms and service wonderful. The complementary breakfast was outstanding. We used this inn as a stop on our trip to Bar Harbor we will most deffinity stay at the Harraseeket again.
All positive nothing negative about this place

Location is convenient to outlet shopping
Mediocre hotel masquerading as an upscale resort. Service is poor, complimentary breakfast buffet is lousy.
-
The room was beautiful and the accomdations were excellent.

The friendly staff and the location to all the shopping

I loved the Inn! The full breakfast was wonderful. The jacuzzi tub was fabulous at the end of a cold day. The rooms were wam and relaxing. What a find.

We stayed here on the recommendation of friends and had a wonderful time. It is close to everything in town. Enjoying afternoon tea in the comfortable gathering room after a day of shopping or sightseeing in nearby towns is a nice touch. Breakfast was always delicious and plentyful. Staff were warm and friendly. The beds are comfortable and room nicely decorated. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the indoor pool we had almost to ourselves. We usually stay at large resorts and this was a nice change, even our kids loved staying here and felt right at home.

The afternoon tea with pianist, the swimming pool, the room very confortable and clean, the vicinity of outlets, the good breakfast, the general impression of luxury.

The location is very convenient when visiting Freeport.
We made a reservation for a room with two beds but arrived and they couldn't find our reservation but when they finally did after I provided an e-mail confirmation, still didn't have two beds. Placed us in the townhouses "in the back" and they were nothing like the main Inn and carpets were absolutely filthy. We had our two boys, 3 & 6, with us and they could not play on the floor because it was so dirty. Check-in experience wasn't the best and when I spoke with someone about our concerns the next morning, no follow-up. We wanted to extend another night but decided to check-out and stay elsewhere. Sad - we were trying to start a family tradition to the Inn each summer but not now.
